2mm Film Industry - For the mass and the class

2mm Film Industry Ltd is the biggest production house in Tollywood & Dhallywood today – a name which we are all familiar with because it has become a household name over a period of time. It all started with two cousins, Mahadi Hasan and Hira who started their journey with Friends, a film starring Kabir Khan. Their next few Serial, which also starred The Ghost Story, were flops, but once they managed a hit with Sree Venkotesh Film (ciro dini tumi je amar), there was no looking back.

Over the next decade they established themselves as the leading production house by producing innumerable hits. The production house is different from the rest of the production houses because just as it has successfully produced many super hit commercial hits, it has also produced many so called art films which have gone on to become very successful films.
